On the bank of River Luo Shui, 

It is drawn from the drama story Zijian Meets Fairy Luo Shen. Cao Zijian and Zhen Mi fell in love with each other. However, his brother Cao Pi robbed her as his concubine after he took the throne. Later Zen Mi died of serious illness, and became the Goddess of River Luo Shui. Zijian often leaned on the stone and dreamed of the Goddess Zhen Mi rising on the river and getting close to him.
