Wenfeng tower

On the boundary of Bei Cun Guan Xiang Li and Bu Yun Li, it is also named Wen Chang Tower, Wen Kui Tower, built in the period of Emperor Kangxi the sixtieth year (in 1721) in Qing Dynasty.


Via the Anning Street Jin Shi Li to enter the high point, it is a hexagonal tower with three layers, in which Wen Kui God statue is kept. The God must be worshipped by the students and the children who attended the Winter Study rites. The purpose of building the tower was to promote the study atmosphere in Shawan, encourage the local people to study and exert themselves.
